Deine Aufgaben

You set up, onboard, and maintain supplier and product data, manage price list uploads, and ensure data accuracy while resolving any discrepancies.
You process order confirmations, coordinate replacement orders, handle communication regarding non-deliverable items, and address supplier-related claims and escalations.
You take ownership of processes, standardize and document workflows with clear SOPs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
You act as the central contact for supplier communication and collaborate closely with teams like Category Management, Finance, and Logistics to ensure seamless alignment.
You analyze supplier performance, provide actionable insights for decision-making, and optimize data formats and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Dein Profil

You are proficient in managing large datasets with a focus on accuracy and conducting supplier performance evaluations using tools like Excel and data management systems.
You have experience utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supplier and order management, as well as familiarity with task management tools such as Jira.
You excel in creating, maintaining, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while optimizing workflows for increased efficiency.
You possess a comprehensive understanding of supplier onboarding, pricing processes, product lifecycle management, and supply chain best practices.
You demonstrate strong analytical skills to resolve supplier discrepancies, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
