As Process Improvements & Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of operational processes and play a central role in ensuring scalable, transparent, and efficient operations at Contorion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure high data quality across our supplier and product landscape.


Deine Aufgaben
  • You own and execute supplier-related operational processes across the P2P flow, ensuring accuracy and standardization.
  • You manage supplier and product data, including onboarding, price list uploads, and ongoing data quality assurance.
  • You handle operational topics such as order confirmations, replacements and non-deliverables
  • You standardize, document, and continuously improve workflows and SOPs to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • You collaborate closely with Finance, and Logistics and provide insights through analysis and reporting.

Dein Profil
  • You have 2+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a similar role, ideally in e-commerce or a startup environment.
  • You work confidently with data and tools such as Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP or Oracle).
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and take ownership of processes end-to-end.
  • You communicate clearly, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
  • You speak and write English fluently; German is a strong plus.
