Your Tasks
- You support the AR Accountant with daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
- You assist with customer account reconciliations, follow-up activities, and cash application processes.
- You prepare and issue customer invoices while maintaining accurate AR records and documentation.
- You support data collection, reporting, audit reconciliation, and process stabilization activities.
- You handle ad hoc requests and contribute to the smooth execution of Accounts Receivable processes.
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled at a university, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- You are proficient in Excel and have a strong affinity for working with data.
- You are able to work independently while communicating effectively with different stakeholders.
- You have German language skills at B1 level and English language skills at B1–B2 level, additional languages are a plus.
